Since , I have been very active — running, jumping, constantly on the move!At the age of 7, I was taken to the gymnastics section, and I realized that I had found my calling! Gymnastics has taught me discipline, grace and incredible willpower. Later, I discovered the world of martial arts for myself — and it became another great love of mine! I like the feeling of strength and control over my body, and it's also a great way to relieve stress and release energy! 🔥 Training is not just physical activity, it is my meditation, my way of self–expression. 🧘‍♀️ I am constantly working on myself, improving, setting new goals and achieving them! 🏆 Sport is an integral part of my life, it fills it with meaning and joy! 😊 I have a lot of friends who also play sports, we train together and support each other. 🤝 Sport is teamwork, even if you practice individually!
